Returns and exchanges are accepted only within 14 days from the date of purchase. If you have a sale item, it can only be exchanged for a different size of the same product, provided there is stock available. For refunds, a gift card will be issued instead.

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original, undamaged packaging, such as the Sneakitex carton. If the item is not shipped back in this carton, there may be penalties for any damage incurred.

Refunds for online purchases will be processed back to the original payment method once the items arrive at our warehouse. Please note that returning an order can take up to 7 working days. Refunds to credit or debit cards typically take 7-14 working days to appear in your account, which is standard for all banks in South Africa.

If you prefer to return an item to a store for a refund, it will be processed back to the original payment method, except for PayStack transactions, which will be refunded via a Sneakitex Gift Card. Gift card refunds take 48 hours to process and are valid for 36 months.

If a return is due to a customer error, such as ordering the wrong size, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The shipping fee for collection within South Africa is R100. However, if a refund is requested, Sneakitex will deduct R200 from the order total to cover all shipping costs, including the original delivery fee.
